  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Yes. We add sales tax to the cost of all our products. 

  • Do you offer custom design products?

    Yes. In addition to the standard items in our shop, we provide our customers with custom design options. If you have a unique project feel free to ask us and we will be happy to fulfill your needs.

  • What is the turn around time?

    Our turnaround time is roughly six weeks. Mostly because it takes 28 days for concrete to cure. This applies to all custom products and out-of-stock items. Every item in stock is available upon request.

  • What modes of payment do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a secure and convenient checkout experience, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also support digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, along with options for bank transfers, ACH payments and Buy Now, Pay Later services.
